Reigate - Two storey rear extension, internal remodelling and landscaping

 

• Construct two storey extension to house a large open plan kitchen/living area and master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

• Bi-folding doors and kitchen were installed by tradesmen.

• The house was on a sloping site so a large area of garden had to be excavated and landscaped.

• Internal rooms were altered for new layout and a second en-suite bathroom for guest bedroom was installed .

• A new patio was installed with sleeper retaining walls and a new lawn.
